Ed came to my home on Wednesday to do a routing a/c check, and what a job he did.  He was extremely thorough and identified several minor problems that were easily remedied.  He took the time to explain the problems and why they could contribute to more major problems down the road.  You’ve got a gem in Ed.  He’s knowledgeable and a friendly asset to Coleman Mitchell.

This letter is to inform you of your Service Technician Mark.  Mark came to my home for a “no pilot light call”, and was the person who took the call after 11 pm the night before and walked me through what to try and get my furnace up and running.  Mark came out the next morning and performed a lot of tests to determine what was wrong with my furnace. He showed great Customer Service and care and concern for me not having heat on such a cold day.  Mark identified the problem and ordered the parts to be installed the next day, and showed up when expected and called to make sure I was home.  His work is very thorough and neat, and was pleasant to talk with and made the whole service call one of the best I have ever had. In today’s society it’s rare that you have someone with the technical skills and the personality to go alone with, I just wanted to say what a pleasure it was having Mark and Coleman-Mitchell come to my home. I’ve already recommend your company to my friends in Canonsburg and after this experience I will be doing more referring of your company, because of your excellent employee, Mark. Your team of workers you sent to install the oil tanks did an outstanding job.  They arrived on time, started working right away. They were so professional and friendly.  They worked together so well and finished the job in one day.  They never even took the coffee & tea that was offered and it was getting cold in the house.  I see now why my parents have always relied on Coleman-Mitchell.


I just wanted to say thank you for installing my new furnace.  The guys did a wonderful job and I am so pleased. I just wanted to let you know how much my family appreciated the technician that went up to my parent’s house to fix their air conditioner on Tuesday this week.  He was there most of the day and made sure the air was working before he left.  It was very hot and muggy and my dad is not feeling the greatest right now and having the air working makes a big difference.  Please let him know how much we appreciate his hard work.  He is definitely an asset to your company.

I wanted to compliment the technician who installed a new water tank for us in February. The name on the receipt is R Rich. He was very nice to work with. His work was nice and clean and I am very happy with the installation. He explained things to us about the new tank and how to properly maintain it.

Wanted to mention a service visit that occurred yesterday.  My A/C unit died yesterday afternoon.  With my respiratory issues, the heat and humidity became a problem, pretty quickly.  I called your answering service and the lady was polite and efficient and she sent a note Matt.  He came right out and got the system going again. In any regard, I wanted to thank you folks.  While Randy had insisted, that if I were to call, someone would out quickly, I was afraid it was a salesmen bluster (to be quite honest), but it proved true. I want to compliment your technician, Mr. Anderson, who came my home yesterday to reconnect my heat pump to my furnace. The heat pump had been disconnected by a different company's repair person. As Mr. Anderson, worked he explained what he was doing and asked questions as to what the previous person had done. He was solving a big puzzle and did a fantastic job! Everything is now back in working order and I am very impressed with the quality of his work. I will be calling Coleman-Mitchell for any future service needs. Thank you!

We've been using Coleman-Mitchell for at least 10 years. Our furnace stopped working on one of the coldest nights of the year. Unfortunately, it needed a part that was backordered for weeks. Kirby and Brian came out less than 24 hours later and installed a replacement furnace. The were very professional and walked us through every step! Thank you!

Our furnace went down on a Sat evening after hours. Matt called me, talked me through what needed to be done prior to taking my family to a hotel for the evening. He showed up promptly on Sun morning, talked us through all of his action steps and make the necessary repairs. It was a minor repair and not what I'd anticipated which was someone telling me that I needed a new furnace. I appreciate the integrity, transparency and quality of work done. Matt also even followed up 2 days after to ensure that everything was still in working order. My parents are out of town and while checking on their house a strange odor was present. Coleman Mitchell sent a tech right away who is able to determine that a new furnace was needed due to a cracked heating element. This was also verified by my parents home warranty company who sent an additional Tech out to look at the system. Today Kirby and Junior from Coleman - Mitchell installed a new furnace and we could not be happier with their service. They were timely- very polite and got to work immediately. There was an additional and unusual request that my dad made via phone that they came up with a solution for and cleaned everything up leaving no mess behind when they were finished. When doing a routine maintenance, Tim noticed a problem with my furnace, showing me the problem and explaining what my choices were. Within 24 hours they had the problem resolved. They were so professional and kind. Communication was excellent keeping me informed as to what the problem was and what they were doing to get the parts to resolve the issue. I am very grateful to Tim, Tyler and Mike for their help. Great work guys!
