Our company origin begins back in 1990 when Jim Coleman and Randy Mitchell paired up to start Coleman Mitchell Heating and Air Conditioning in Cecil, Pennsylvania. Fast forward the next 30 plus years and Jim Coleman has been retired for some many years, our office has moved to Bridgeville, and Randy is now the President. Randy has two sons involved in the business, Corey and Tyler. Corey is our Operations Manager and Tyler is our Service Manager making this a true locally and family run business. With almost 35 years of being an established family business, our extremely loyal customer base would say that we consistently bring the best value in our market. Coleman Mitchell has a standard of doing right by the customer from the moment we first answer the phone. Coleman Mitchell still has many customers who have been with us since the early 1990’s.

Our 18 employee team here at Coleman Mitchell has multiple employees with over 20 years of service and a 10 year + tenure amongst all of our employees allowing our team members to build stronger relationships with our customers. Coleman Mitchell has been awarded dozens of times by Carrier including the prestigious President’s Award. The President’s Award is earned by only a select few of dealers across the entire country that have met Carrier’s highest standard of outstanding service as well as customer care. We take extreme pride in our workmanship and our team members understand the importance of taking care of the customer.
