I wanted to compliment the technician who installed a new water tank for us in February. The name on the receipt is R Rich. He was very nice to work with. His work was nice and clean and I am very happy with the installation. He explained things to us about the new tank and how to properly maintain it.
This letter is to inform you of your Service Technician Mark. Mark came to my home for a “no pilot light call”, and was the person who took the call after 11 pm the night before and walked me through what to try and get my furnace up and running. Mark came out the next morning and performed a lot of tests to determine what was wrong with my furnace. He showed great Customer Service and care and concern for me not having heat on such a cold day. Mark identified the problem and ordered the parts to be installed the next day, and showed up when expected and called to make sure I was home. His work is very thorough and neat, and was pleasant to talk with and made the whole service call one of the best I have ever had. In today’s society it’s rare that you have someone with the technical skills and the personality to go alone with, I just wanted to say what a pleasure it was having Mark and Coleman-Mitchell come to my home. I’ve already recommend your company to my friends in Canonsburg and after this experience I will be doing more referring of your company, because of your excellent employee, Mark. Keep up the good work and keep great employees like Mark he’s your best asset.

I just wanted to let you know how much my family appreciated the technician that went up to my parent’s house to fix their air conditioner on Tuesday this week. He was there most of the day and made sure the air was working before he left. It was very hot and muggy and my dad is not feeling the greatest right now and having the air working makes a big difference. Please let him know how much we appreciate his hard work. I just wanted to say thank you for installing my new furnace. The guys did a wonderful job and I am so pleased. Ed is another keeper. He looked after the whole job and made sure my humidifier was working and the gas pressure. I appreciate all of you making my house warm & cozy. I am so glad I got a Carrier furnace. Ed came to my home on Wednesday to do a routing a/c check, and what a job he did. He was extremely thorough and identified several minor problems that were easily remedied. He took the time to explain the problems and why they could contribute to more major problems down the road. You’ve got a gem in Ed. He’s knowledgeable and a friendly asset to Coleman Mitchell.

Just a short note to tell you how pleased I was in the way my situation was handled in my needing a new furnace. How awful it is without heat! All concerned from the office, to quote a price, etc., to arranging a speedy installation time was much appreciated. Your team of workers you sent to install the oil tanks did an outstanding job. They arrived on time, started working right away. They were so professional and friendly. They worked together so well and finished the job in one day. They never even took the coffee & tea that was offered and it was getting cold in the house. I see now why my parents have always relied on Coleman-Mitchell.
