This letter is to inform you of your Service Technician Mark. Mark came to my home for a “no pilot light call”, and was the person who took the call after 11 pm the night before and walked me through what to try and get my furnace up and running. Mark came out the next morning and performed a lot of tests to determine what was wrong with my furnace.
He showed great Customer Service and care and concern for me not having heat on such a cold day. Mark identified the problem and ordered the parts to be installed the next day, and showed up when expected and called to make sure I was home. His work is very thorough and neat, and was pleasant to talk with and made the whole service call one of the best I have ever had.
In today’s society it’s rare that you have someone with the technical skills and the personality to go alone with, I just wanted to say what a pleasure it was having Mark and Coleman-Mitchell come to my home.
I’ve already recommend your company to my friends in Canonsburg and after this experience I will be doing more referring of your company, because of your excellent employee, Mark.
