Wanted to mention a service visit that occurred yesterday. My A/C unit died yesterday afternoon. With my respiratory issues, the heat and humidity became a problem, pretty quickly. I called your answering service and the lady was polite and efficient and she sent a note Matt. He came right out and got the system going again.
In any regard, I wanted to thank you folks. While Randy had insisted, that if I were to call, someone would out quickly, I was afraid it was a salesmen bluster (to be quite honest), but it proved true.
